NOBEL CERT may accept to perform pre-audit of QAN or pre-evaluation of Ex product from all parties under below conditions:
the purpose of QAN pre-audit or Ex product pre-evaluation is creating more preparation for the producer for certification audit or evaluation.
pre-audit or pre-evaluation are a volountary services which maybe accepted based on client request.
pre-audit or pre-evaluation does not include any training or consultancy service.
any positive resulted outcome from the performed pre-audit or pre-evaluation, does not guarantee the outcome of the main audit or evaluation which will be done for certification.
the assigned time for pre-audit or pre-evaluation, can not be applied for certification audit or evaluation.
pre-audit or pre-evaluation results are not considered for review and decision making process, therefore no any follow-up activity is applicable for the results of the pre-audit or pre-evaluation.
The sameness of auditors and evaluators used in pre-evaluation and evaluation by NOBEL CERT cannot be guaranteed.
the operational steps and tasks of pre-audit are similar to the QAN audit management Procedure (P-O-12) and for pre-evaluation are similar to the Product evaluation management Procedure for modules B and G of ATEX directive (P-O-12/1).
