Nobel Certification has been established, documented, Implemented and maintained a management system according to according to EA-2/17 M: 2020 (EA Document on Accreditation for Notification Purposes) and on the basis of below references:

ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 (clauses 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 7.2.4, 7.2.5, 7.2.8, 7.2.10 and 9.1 to 9.4 and 9.6)
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (clause 6 and 7 except 7.9)
Note: since NOBEL Cert outsources testing performance to ILAC traceable accredited labs, therefore the above-mentioned requirements has not been implemented in NOBEL Cert management system for ATEX certification.
ISO/IEC 17020:2012 (clauses 6.1.2, 6.1.3 and 6.1.6 to 6.1.10)
And based on Principles of Impartiality, Competence, Responsibility, Openness, Confidentiality, responsiveness against complaints, non-discrimination and risk base approach with special respect to following policies:
1- Nobel Cert has undertaken responsibility & retained authority for decisions relating to granting, maintaining, renewing, extending, reducing, suspending & withdrawing of product certification
2- Establishing & developing a risk base approach on certification and related processes including safety for product testing and evaluation, audit team health & safety, audit impact on audited organization, statements by certified clients, use of certificate and CE and ATEX marking;
3- select and develop a risk assessment team or impartiality committee including all effective internal and external parties and take their advices on impartiality matters to perform a risk assessment to manage all relevant risks effectively, as a basic need to establish first policy of this statement;
4- take appropriate corrective & preventive actions against actual & potential threats to impartiality that arising from actions of other persons, bodies & organizations.
5- to Establish & develop continuous controls on marketplace, contracting activities, product evaluation tasks, quality system auditing, and relevant evaluators and auditors including impalpable and tangible controls on impartiality and other risks to provide Nobel Cert an effective performance on product certification.
6- effective control and manage liabilities and other financial pressures that could compromise impartiality and take an ongoing approach to establish & develop alternative compatible businesses other than product certification services to reduce the risks arise from financial pressures.
7- to ensure all users of certificates, interested parties and public about integrity, credibility and confidence of certification services and also providing public access to non-confidential information regarding last status for all certified productsand relevant clients;
8- to protect confidential information & safeguarding confidentiality regarding internal and external parties, specially for the information relevant to certified products and relevant clients and in this regard, taking special account to balance between openness & confidentiality;
9- Being responsive against received complaints to safeguard public confidence;
10- to define statement of “Limitations, Observations & most important forbidden activities” (M-M-03) and to train it to all internal & external personnel who their performance could affect whole certification processes including impartiality factors
11- Providing non-discriminatory, equal, equitable and fair access of all applicants to certification service.
