1- The applicant accepts and declares to be aware of the exclusivity of this request to NOBEL CERTIFICATION Italia and to accept the condition of not being able to submit the examination of the applied product and/or its relevant technical documentation to other organizations either under the present name/configuration or in a configuration that is clearly referable to the present one albeit under another name.
2- The applicant therefore accepts and declares to have read all the legal implications and clauses included in the GDPR regulations available on NOBEL CERTIFICATION Italia website.
3- The applicant allows the notified body NOBEL CERTIFICATION Italia to access the design, manufacturing, inspection, testing and storage premises for inspection purposes and provides all the necessary information requested.
4- The applicant shall allow the notified body NOBEL CERTIFICATION Italia to inspect the files concerning the number of products manufactured and placed on the market during the last calendar year (e.g. register of products sold / archive of records / register of accounts).
5- The applicant allows the notified body NOBEL CERTIFICATION Italia to carry out unannounced surveillance visits if necessary.
